recent edits and reverts

I don't want to get into an edit war over this page, but I think that edits that get reverted are actually correct. This information is the same as in the file history/countries/ALA - Alaska.txt. Or should the information in the country block come from somewhere else? The contents of the file in all 1.30.x versions is:

government = republic
primary_culture = russian
religion = orthodox
technology_group = eastern
capital = 2613 # Juneau

The issue was someone reverting a moderator edit without explanation. This looks reasonable to me so I'll reinstate. Dauth (talk) 15:21, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
