The prefect of Tétouan and ally of the Turkish corsair Barbarossa of Algiers is a menace to the fleets in the western Mediterranean Sea. Her name full name is Sayyida al-Hurra bint Ali ibn Rashid al-Alami, Hakimat Titwan - Sayyida al Hurra means "noble lady who is free and independent, the woman sovereign who bows to no superior authority." and Hakima Titwan roughly governor of Tétouan.
