Recent edits[edit]

A number of your edits have been reverted for not following the style guide or for breaking down the structure of the wiki. The style guide is here and should explain a number of the decisions. If you have and queries please let me know. Dauth (talk) 17:14, 8 November 2017 (CET)

But why you DELETE COMPLETELY an article when it don't respect the style guide ? It's normal than all your articles are almost empty. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ozreith (talk) 18:57, 8 November 2017‎‎
As been stated above, your previous edits did not follow the style guidelines. Unfortunately, they also suffered from being somewhat incoherent - as been noted on some of the reverts - which didn't help matters much. Usually users would be issued a warning about this and given a week to fix the problems. However, since the wiki is in the review process before a new patch they are simply removed. I've moved your last edit to your userpage to continue work on it if you wish. This way you can post it on the main page after most/all issues have been resolved. ~ SolSys (talk) 08:40, 9 November 2017 (CET)
Furthermore your edits are all available in your user contributions if you wish to copy them to your userpage and fix them up. Dauth (talk) 17:34, 9 November 2017 (CET)

Can I know who I wrote something incoherent ? I'm not English or American, so I don't understand all english words. I try to write as better as possible, but it's more difficult if I must write in another language than my first language ( I use very often Google trduction or Rverso for write my articles ). Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ozreith (talk) 18:15, 9 November 2017‎‎

To be frank, I figured as much. It may be hard to point the issues if you don't have a somewhat solid grasp of the language - and I say this as someone who's also not a native English speaker and still makes mistakes from time to time [let's just say spelling is not my forte]. As it is, these types of services have come a long way, but are still far from providing a truly natural "flowing" translation. It is much less noticeable on short sentences, but the effect starts to pile up the bigger the paragraphs are. I will advise you to use your personal sandbox if you plan any big changes and only after being satisfied with the results apply it to the article in question. Also, please sign your comments with ~~~~. Edit: BTW, the way I learned to pick nuances in language is by watching sitcoms/stand-up shows so maybe it can help you too [American/British shows depends on your personal preference, though some accents may be an issue at first]. ~ SolSys (talk) 20:33, 10 November 2017 (CET)

We use transclusions for decisions to enable us to update the decision in one location and then have it propagate to all other locations on the wiki. In your recent edits on the Uncommonwealth page I switched to transcluded decisions. I've done the same on Ashikaga. Please use the transclusion functionality in the future. Thanks Dauth (talk) 19:51, 24 January 2018 (CET)

Moderator instruction. You need to use the transclusions or the wiki becomes fractured. I have therefore reverted the Mzab page edits. Dauth (talk) 14:01, 31 January 2018 (CET)
But I don't know how to use this option. I just copy the decision in the Algiers's page.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Ozreith (talk) 14:11, 31 January 2018‎ (CET)
You have to get the syntax right. By copying the name from the Algiers page. I have corrected it for you. Dauth (talk) 14:19, 31 January 2018 (CET)
Thank you. In the future, I try to use this function. Ozreith (talk)
And now, why the articles has been supressed ? Ozreith (talk) 17:23, 1 February 2018 (CET)
It was done by me rather than by Dauth. Those country pages had no unique/specific content related to them. There was no actual reason for them to be -- as such it just adds to the maintenance overhead for no good reason. ~ SolSys (talk) 18:44, 1 February 2018 (CET)
I know, it wasn't Dauth, this time. I'm going to complete this pages. Ozreith (talk) 19:03, 1 February 2018 (CET)
