Hi Cragspyder, when you edit a talk page can you remember to sign your edit with four tildes ~~~~, it means we have an easy record of who said what. Also indenting with a colon makes it more readable. I've also responded on the Manchu page. Dauth (talk) 08:10, 4 December 2015 (CET)
I'd prefer the percentages over fixed numbers, a lot of our users access the wiki on a mobile device and they tend to have limited screen space. A fixed width table which looks fine on a full hd monitor may not work for someone on a 3 year old smartphone or smaller monitor. Generally the wiki software aims to minimise vertical depth, for tables like the subsaharan African ones the relative widths in percentages are best, for single topic tables then leaving the widths blank is optimal. Thanks. Dauth (talk) 21:04, 8 December 2015 (CET)
Thanks for the information. Honestly, I copy/pasted the Northeast African table settings (which was already fixed width) up to the North Africa section in an unsuccessful attempt to match the smaller font size, ie. I have no idea what I'm doing.
