Please tell me what you think. I would like to use this instead of the table shenanigans you're using right now. You can see it in action in the French Revolution events article. --nixx (talk) 17:11, 29 June 2015 (CEST)

Does look like an improvement over the table solution, yeah.
The problems with it (silly alignment for example) are all shared with the table solution, so looks like a straight up improvement.
Should probably have a more generalized name though; its implementation really has nothing to do with events in particular. ~ Meneth (talk) 17:15, 29 June 2015 (CEST)
Nice. I was looking for something like this a time ago. The boxes of the advisor events for example use simply float=left, but this doesn't look always fine.
Naming: Prehaps with 'flex' or 'wrap' and 'boxes'. - 'box list'; 'wrapped boxes' .... – Lillebror (talk) 09:15, 30 June 2015 (CEST)
I think wrapped boxes sounds about right. As Meneth said we can use for pretty much any of the missions/events etc. Dauth (talk) 09:50, 30 June 2015 (CEST)
Template:Box wrapper, perhaps? ~ Meneth (talk) 11:38, 30 June 2015 (CEST)
Yes. Box wrapper – Lillebror (talk) 13:12, 30 June 2015 (CEST)
Done. ~ Meneth (talk) 13:16, 30 June 2015 (CEST)

Sections inside box wrapper[edit]

Isn't it possible to somehow allow sections in this template for translcusion of events? Now the different code is used for this purpose, maybe it can be combined in any way? Puchacz (talk) 08:47, 11 December 2015 (CET)

I don't know exactly what you mean. There is only one code of the box wrapper template. – Lillebror (talk) 09:21, 11 December 2015 (CET)
I believe he means the alt box wrap [< div >... stuff ...< /div >]. SolSys (talk) 09:26, 11 December 2015 (CET)
That's just a substitution. – Lillebror (talk) 09:38, 11 December 2015 (CET)
I meant valign="top" piece of code. Like at the beginning of Incan events. Puchacz (talk) 09:40, 11 December 2015 (CET)
We used tables (with the infoboxes at the top of the cells) to place infoboxes side by side until Nixxquality made the box wrapper template with CSS3. – Lillebror (talk) 09:51, 11 December 2015 (CET)
