Enforce Religious Law and The Tolerance Act are incorrect due to an unchanged copy-paste. (I tried to find this text in the file folders but only saw the raw settings txt) --PeterGFin (talk) 18:45, 20 April 2016 (CEST)

Can you please specify the incorrectness a bit more, because I can't see it. – Lillebror (talk) 07:33, 21 April 2016 (CEST)
Found. Should be okay now. – Lillebror (talk) 08:01, 21 April 2016 (CEST)

Table of content[edit]

I don't like the long TOC after the overview table. For this page I think off a short table of content only with the chapter headings on its usual place. In addition, a table of content with the subsection headings in the respective sections. – Lillebror (talk) 11:26, 16 September 2014 (CEST)

Might be a good idea. Feel free to draft it up in a sandbox so we can see how it'd work in practice. ~ Meneth (talk) 11:28, 16 September 2014 (CEST)
I made the TOC for the administrative policies as example. Please, take a look here, Meneth. – Lillebror (talk) 13:27, 4 October 2014 (CEST)
Looks good. ~ Meneth (talk) 13:29, 4 October 2014 (CEST)

10 years[edit]

policies staying irrevocable for 10 years makes many policies useless, like Plutocratic-Influence: Full Sovereignty Act (-10% diplo-annex cost) means that you need to be annexing a 150+ development vassal to make it worth activating. Any -10% stability policy: even if you're going from -3 to +3 you're still wasting 45 points, you literally need to have a yearly comet sighted event to make it worth activating. Income from vassals, vassals force limit contribution, tariffs, spy defense are just a joke for flavor text..

IMO It really should be lowered to 5 years at least. Which will make 10% diplo-annex cost worth for vassals of 75dev+ and with -10% stab cost you'll save 15 whole points by going from -3 to + 3 stability. Gendalf (talk) 08:17, 14 July 2015 (CEST)

File links instead of icon templates?[edit]

While peeking at the code for this page I was surprised to find that it's all file links rather than using the icon template. Is there a reason it's that way? If not I'd be happy to go through and replace everything with icon templates, which would make the page code a lot more readable based on my quick personal mock-up. Philadelphus (talk) 11:24, 3 November 2016 (CET)

This page was using the {{icon}}-template, when the game had 171 policies. This was before the template was split. The page rendered not fast enough so the icon template was replaced.
Perhaps you can make a version of the policies page using the icon template on your sandbox and compare the render times. – Lillebror (talk) 12:42, 4 November 2016 (CET)
Ah, I hadn't considered that aspect. I'll do that and test it. Thanks. Philadelphus (talk) 21:10, 4 November 2016 (CET)
