No way that Tuscany should be redirected to minor states. It's getting its own ideas and is more significant than most of the OPMs.

It could be argued that this state deserves a spot as a notable state for the same reason that it has somewhat extensive notes:

It's the only 1444-existing Italian republic with the standard Italian idea set. This makes it one of the 4 nations in the world to get this vital bonus, which makes non-noble republics much more viable.

I don't see how that makes it notable. However, it might make it deserving of a strategy page of its own. If anyone feels like writing a strategy for them they can feel free to set a page up at Siena, replacing the redirect, and adding a link to it in Siena's notes on this page. ~ Meneth (talk) 12:57, 13 January 2014 (CET)
