The article speaks about the modifier "Mandate of Heaven Lost" - ???

There is the triggered modifier 'The Mandate of Heaven Lost' (the_mandate_of_heaven_lost) and there's the static modifier 'Lost Mandate of Heaven' (lost_mandate_of_heaven).

Perhaps someone could explain me - or better on the article page - the differences and when which modifier take effect. – Lillebror (talk) 19:17, 30 April 2017 (CEST)

The triggered modifier is without MoH, the static modifier is for losing a mandate war with MoH active. --Pyroclastic (talk) 21:20, 30 April 2017 (CEST)
