Quality idea group events[1] are the part of the idea group events which require to have unlocked the quality idea group.

A defeat is only a defeat if the army believes it is beaten. Our high quality armies view these events as temporary setbacks before the inevitable victory. Thus our men are not just always ready to return to the fight, these days they are positively keen to do so.
