Cavalry for [Root.GetName] Thanks to our trade with the Muslim nations, we have now access to horses, a resource until now uncommon in our country. We must also form cavalry regiments, in the likes of the ones the Muslim countries have. Chaaarge!! Now that we have cavalry regiments, it is time to put them to use. We can use their superior maneuverability to quickly snatch the enemy's capital and utterly crush them. We shall do precisely that.	The capital of a Rival, an Enemy, a Great Power or a country with more total development than Oyo is under our control while a cavalry unit is located in said capital. Develop the Capital Our capital is the shining jewel of our country, and its symbol. We must develop it into a true bustling city that clearly shows its importance. As such, we need to make sure they are on our side. Unite the Fetishists Our beliefs have always been an integral part of our identity. We need to convince the people around us to share the same vision we have.	At least 15 provinces: Is in Niger region Is owned by Oyo or its non-tributary subjects Has our religion	If DLC 'Rights of Man' is active Oyo gets the event “The Quest for a new Cult” Else: Oyo gains 1 stability	Appease the Ogboni
Gather Cults Now that a lot more people share our beliefs, we are more keenly aware that there are subtle differences among their shamans. We need to collect these differences to be able to have a unified true vision. No ruler can be enthroned without their approval, and they can also remove him from the throne if they deem him too tyrant. We must keep them happy with our rule. Push North Unlike the dense jungles to the South, the lush plains of the Sahel to the North are a great source of wealth. Therefore, the only sensible choice we have is to expand northwards. African Modernization European colonialism threatens to wipe out our nation if we do not adapt rapidly. We must have the technology and state apparatus to challenge them. Wealth of Africa Africa is rich in gold, coffee, and ivory. We should ensure that we control at least our fair share of these valuable goods so that we might establish economic independence.
