Militarization is a broad term summary for three different mechanics of similar name and function.
Militarization is represented via a meter in the Government tab of the interface and has a value scaling from 0 to 100%.
The meter shows the current percentage of Militarization the country has. The Boni from Militarization scale linearly with its current percentage.
The government reforms Stratocratic Administration, Militaristic Divine State, Crusading Empire, Livonian Militarist Monarchy and Zulu Tribe have access to militarization.
The government has acces to the "Boost Militarization" interaction, which at the cost of 45

The government reform Prussian Monarchy has access to Prussian militarization.
The nation starts with "Early Prussian Militarization", which can be upgraded to "Prussian Militarization" with the
Prussia Mission "Army Reforms" and finally be upgraded to "Total prussian Militarization" with the "An army with a State" mission
Early Prussian Militarization and Prussian Militarization only have acces to the "Boost Militarization" interaction, which at the cost of 50

- "Scharnhorst Maneuvers" allows the nations to spend 20 Militarization to gain "Thunderous Advance" for 5 years, granting the following :
+15% Movement speed
- "Reform the military Manual" allows the nation to spend 20 Militarization to gain "New Military Manual" for 5 years, granting the following :
-0.05 Monthly war exhaustion
+25% Reinforce speed
-33% Regiment drill loss
The government reforms "Elite Mercenaries", available to nations that have completed Mercenary ideas and "Swiss Mercenaries", available to all Swiss nations, have access to Mercenary militarization.
The "Sweeten Mercenary Contracs" government interaction can increase Mercenary Militarization by 5, at the cost of
0.1 years worth if income.
