  Faith's Bastion It is not the   Age of Discovery

The country:

  • is   Defender of the Faith
  • has at least 100%   Religious unity
Country gets the modifier “Armor of Righteousness” for 15 years, giving the following effects:
  •   +5% Morale of armies
  •   +1% Missionary strength vs heretics

  Relations with the Emperor The country is   allied with the Emperor

The Emperor have at least 120 opinion of the country

The country gets the modifier “Imperial Beneficence” for   15 years, giving the following effects:
  •   +15% national tax modifier
  •   +1 diplomatic reputation
  A Center of Commerce The capital province of the country has at least   25 development

The capital province of the country have all of the following buildings:

  • Church or Cathedral
  • Workshop or Counting House
  • Marketplace, Trade Depot or Stock Exchange
The country gets the modifier “Bourgeois City” for   15 years, giving the following effects:
  •   -10% idea cost
  •   +10% institution spread
  •   +10% burghers loyalty equilibrium
  Relations with the Emperor
  Reform the Administration The country has completed all government reforms

The country owns at least   70% crown land

The loyalty of the following   estates is 60 or greater:

  •   Burghers
  •   Clergy
  •   Nobility
The country gets the modifier “Reformed administration” for   30 years, giving the following effect:
  •   +1 yearly republican tradition
  A Center of Commerce
