This is a list of all Mission.png missions of Flag of Hausa Hausa and all countries with Primary culture.png 'Hausa' primary culture.[1] Flag of Sokoto Sokoto also has those missions.

If we are to survive and succeed as a nation, the first thing we have to do is to make sure that nobody can destroy us. We need to gather an army to ensure our security, and we'll be able to use it to conquer our enemies too.
The country:
  • Has an army of at least Land forcelimit.png 100% of its force limit
The country:
  • Gets access to a (skill 1) discount Advisor Commandant.png commandant (50% cheaper to employ)
  • If the Mission.png mission "Form Alliances" is completed:
The Yoruba and the Nupe icon
The Yoruba and the Nupe
The Yoruba and the Nupe are right next door, and a perfect target for our expansion. We must conquer them to establish a firm position from which to expand further later.
At least 5 provinces in the following areas are owned by the country or its non-tributary subjects:
  • Lower Niger
  • Atacora Oueme
The country:
  • Gains permanent claims on every province in the following area:
    • Benin
  • If the Mission.png mission "The Kanuri Threat" is NOT completed:
    • Gains permanent claims on every Culture icon.png 'Hausa' province in the following areas:
      • East Azbin
      • West Azbin
  • Else,
    • Gain Administrative power.png 50 Administrative power

The different Hausa cities have been divided and competing among them for too long. We need to unite them all under the same banner, ours.
One of the following must be true: The country:
  • Gain the "City Builders" country modifier for Time Icon.png 25 years, granting:
    • Construction cost.png -15% Construction cost
    • Development cost.png -10% Development cost
  • Gains permanent claims on every province in the following areas:
    • Atacora Oueme
    • Lower Niger
    • Bornu

Now that all the Hausa cities are under our control, we need to develop them to make them shine like the jewels they ought to be.
All provinces in the following areas are owned, cored and developped at least twice by the country:
  • Katsina
  • Kano
  • Province Zazzau (1154)
The provinces Biram (2280), Katsina, (1149), Daura (2279), Gobir (1148), Kano (1155), Rano (2281) and Zazzau (1154) gain special province modifier "City of Markets" for Time Icon.png 10 years, which represent their historical importance in Hausa history:
  • Local trade power.png +3 local trade power

Having united all the different Hausa cities, it is inevitable that some internal strife should arise. We must work on resolving these issues so that we can truly become just one nation.
The country:

  • The Clergy.png clergy estate has at least Clergy loyalty equilibrium.png 70 loyalty or does not exist
  • The Nobility.png nobility estate has at least Nobility loyalty equilibrium.png 70 loyalty or does not exist
  • The Burghers.png burghers estate has at least Burghers loyalty equilibrium.png 70 loyalty or does not exist
  • One of the following:
    • Earns at least Administrative power.png 10 Monthly administrative power
    • Earns at least Diplomatic power.png 10 Monthly diplomatic power
    • Earns at least Military power.png 10 Monthly military power

Contact with the Fulani icon

The Fulani have unexpectedly become more relevant recently. We must establish contact with them, and assess if they may be beneficial for us.
One of the following must be true:
  • Owns at least 1 province with Culture icon.png 'Fulani' culture
  • Any country with Culture icon.png 'Fulani' culture has at least Opinion.png 100 opinion towards us
The country gets the Msg event.png event "The Fulani Muslim Scholar"

The country has at least Alliance.png 2 allies The country:

The Kanuri are right next door, and a threat to our expansion. We must conquer them before they are powerful enough to conquer us.
At least 5 provinces with Culture icon.png 'Kanuri' culture are owned by the country or its non-tributary subjects Every owned Culture icon.png 'Kanuri' province gets the province modifier "Hausa Conquest" for Time Icon.png 30 years, giving the following effects:
  • Local unrest.png -2 Local Unrest
  • Years of separatism.png -5 Local Separatism

If the Mission.png mission "The Yoruba and the Nupe" is NOT completed:

  • Gains permanent claims on every Culture icon.png 'Hausa' province in the following areas:
    • East Azbin
    • West Azbin

Else,

One of the following must be true: If the country is the production leader of Slaves.png Slaves, then:

  • Gets “Slave Trade Monopoly” for Time Icon.png 20 years, giving:
    • Trade efficiency.png +10% Trade efficiency

Otherwise, gets “Abolitionism” for Time Icon.png 20 years, giving:

  • National unrest.png −3 National unrest
African Modernization icon
African Modernization
European colonialism threatens to wipe out our nation if we do not adapt rapidly. We must have the technology and state apparatus to challenge them.
The country:
  • Is not a Government tribal.png Tribe nor an Government monarchy.png Iqta
  • Has any Western technology group Western neighboring country which is less than Technology.png 1 technology ahead
The country:
  • Gains Yearly prestige.png 20 Prestige
  • Gains Innovativeness.png 3 Innovativeness
Wealth of Africa icon
Wealth of Africa
Africa is rich in gold, coffee, and ivory. We should ensure that we control at least our fair share of these valuable goods so that we might establish economic independence.
One of the following must be true: The country gets “Wealth of Africa” for Time Icon.png 20 years, giving:
  • Production efficiency.png +10% Production Efficiency
  • Yearly inflation reduction.png +0.10 Yearly Inflation Reduction
