Eastern technology group and owns at least 1 province with steppe terrain
Specific Conditions:
- Is not
nomad
- Does not have Celestial Empire government reform
- Does not use other mechanics
Danzig,
Prussia and the
Teutonic Order may unlock this estate via Mission.
Influence – The estate has a base influence of 0%, modified by:
