Privileges[edit]
The bonuses or penalties of privileges are categorized in modifiers which are always active until the privilege is revoked and effects which are either one time effects or province modifiers and usually do something the moment the privilege is granted. A good example of this is the Monopoly on Trade Good privilege, where the country receives a large sum of
ducats and gets a province modifier until revoked (both of which are listed under effects). For readability both types of effects are put into the same column in this table.
