Advisor events

Advisor events[1] are one-time events which may fire when a country has a level 3 advisor hired. Each type of advisor has a specific advisor event. Every event triggers only once for a country.

An AI country chooses:

  • if its stability is less than 1:
    •  
      His/Her efforts will be admired throughout the nation
  • if its stability is greater than 1:
    •  
      His/Her reputation will reach further than our borders
  • if its stability is 1:
    • then the chance for both options is 50%.

List of Advisor eventsEdit

All advisor events are broadly similar, as they provide an option to choose between   stability and   prestige. Except for   the philosopher, both options will also add a country modifier which has an effect related to the advisor's bonus.

In the game, the advisor's name is used as the event's title and in place of the $ADVISORTYPE$ in the text. $MONARCH$ is replaced with the current ruler's name.
